It is our aim to deliver within 3-5 days after receipt of payment. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail. If a product is temporarily out of stock, you will be informed with the new delivery time. If your parcel is not in after five days, please contact us, so that we look through track and trace where your package is possibly located. TIP! Delivery from stock
Except for custom or private orders, we will deliver as much as possible from stock. If the product is not in stock, this is stated by product information and you will be also informed by e-mail about the expected delivery time. Orders are sent out completely. That is, if a product is temporarily not in stock, we will wait to send until everything is available. If there is haste to the customer, we will discuss the possibilities. The package is offered in the Netherlands with signature receipt by TNT or by our own team (for precious or breakable products). It is offered twice. Then you get a takeaway message, and you can get your order at the Post Office. There the package remains about 1 week. Abroad, we ship via UPS or TNT.
Parcel: the Netherlands € 7.00, Europe € 12.00 and € 18.00 International. All prices include 21% VAT. For furniture and paintings depending on weight.
Returns are no problem
Not completely satisfied with your order? New items on stock can be returned within 14 days after delivery. No returns are possible for custom or private orders as well as vintage and second hand items. Returns will only be taken into consideration as follows: * First, you must notify firstname.lastname@example.org, after that you will receive a return number that you specify and add to the return on the packing slip. * Pack the undamaged product (in original packaging) so that damage will be avoided. * As soon as we receive the items in good order you will receive at the latest within 30 days the purchase price back. Products can be returned to the following address: INCONCEPTstore, attn.: Returns, Coolsingel 83, 3012AE Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Costs for returns are at the expense of the buyer. When an order is sent in envelope, it may return in an envelope. Costs of returning in a box are dependent on the size and weight of the box. Note expensive products! It is advisable to return these items assured. Defective products will not be refunded by us.
