Our online conceptstore gives upcoming designers the opportunity to show their creativity to a large audience and by selling their products finance their own study and career. PAYMENT
How can I pay?

We offer the following payment options:
– iDEAL (The Netherlands)
– PayPal (The Netherlands and internationally)

Once your payment is completed, you will redirected to the webstore of INCONCEPT. For payments through iDEAL or PayPal, we can immediately see if the payment was successful and we will process your order directly.

Is online payment through INCONCEPT safe?

Yes, iDEAL and PayPal allows trusted, secure, easy and fast payment in online banking with the specific security methods of your own bank.

Do I need an account to go shopping with you?

Yes, creating an account is very easy and gives you the advantage of not having to fill all your details with every order. Also It will provide you with a clear overview of your order history. All data will of course be treated with confidence. Looking around is of course possible without an account.

How do I find my size?

The sizes rare defined following standard sizes. Otherwise, we have made an estimate based on the size of the seller.

What is the quality of vintage and preloved items?

Our vintage and preloved items are often as new. It is clean, in good condition and ready for a new owner. Imperfections are described in the product description. To be able to indicate the condition of an item, we use three categories in which the condition of the product is covered.

New: Never worn, sometimes with price tag.
As new: just once worn.
Good: with pleasure worn a few times, minimal signsof use.

Do you have a shop where I can fit, see and feel these items?

Yes, we have a store in Rotterdam. You can view, try and buy all online clothing.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

In how many days will I receive my order?

INCONCEPT will strive to deliver your order within 3-5 working days after your payment, except shipping abroad. Orders on Saturday, Sunday and Monday will be sent to you on Tuesday and are therefore at the earliest on Wednesday at your delivery address. When purchasing an order with delivery time, we use the time as indicated.

What are the shipping costs?

We charge a fixed fee for parcels post of € 7,00 for shipping within the Netherlands, € 12,00 Europe and € 18,00 International. For larger goods actual costs will apply.

Can I get my order free of charge?

Yes, you can collect your order for free at our store in Rotterdam. Please indicate this by placing your order.  In that case you will receive a confirmation e-mail to make an appointment and you will be happy to take a look at our store. By appointment only T 0031 (0)10 226 2290.

Through whom is my order delivered?

PostNL handles the delivery of our packages.

Where can I check the status of my order?

All packages are traceable. When your package is passed on to PostNL, you get an e-mail with a link where you can follow your order.

Not at home?

If you are not at home when your package is delivered by PostNL, there will be a notice with a `Not Home` code. By logging in and entering this code at www.postnl.nl/received, you can choose a second delivery. The exact instructions you will find on the notification and on the website.

Package is not received, now what?

Once you have placed your order with us, we will obviously do our utmost to make sure that you receive everything fast and in good order. Through your personal account, you can follow at any time the status of your order. Cannot find your order? Then there is probably something wrong. In that case inform INCONCEPT at contact@inconcept.nl.

RETURNS

Not completely satisfied with your order?

New items on stock can be returned within 14 days after delivery. No returns are possible for custom or private orders as well as vintage, sale and second hand items.

How can I send my returns?

Returns will only be taken into consideration as follows: * First, you must notify contact@inconcept.nl, after that you will receive a return number that you specify and add to the return on the packing slip. * Pack the undamaged product (original packaging) so that damage will be avoided. * As soon as we receive the items in good order you will receive at the latest within 30 days the purchase amount back. Products can be returned to the following address: INCONCEPTstore, attn.: Returns, Coolsingel 83, 3012AE Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Costs for returns are at the expense of the buyer. When an order is sent in envelope, it may return in an envelope. Costs of returning in a box are dependent on the size and weight of the box. Note expensive products! It is advisable to return these items assured. Defective products or lost items will not be refunded by us.

Returns free of charge?

Yes, by appointment – contact@inconcept.nl – you can return the goods free of charge at our store address. We do not give cash back by return, but within 30 days, the amount will be refunded to your bank account.

How do I know if my return has been received?

Once your item(s) has been received by INCONCEPT, you will get an e-mail with receipt confirmation and the amount will be refunded to you within 30 days. Note that it may cost 3-5 days until the return is received by us.

Can I return sale items?

Unfortunately, you can not return sale items.
